Summer activities and events can build or diminish your immune system. Without a strategy, chronic busyness leads to being burnt and frazzled by Autumn.
If you want to maintain vibrancy, stay resilient and feel inspired it's imperative build your "recover and replenish" skills. That's what this class is all about. Restorative yoga offers dynamic recovery for your mind, body and soul.
During this Saturday morning yoga-at-Souls-Center session you'll be bringing your quality attention inward, to your body, you'll be bathing your cells in breath and you'll be practicing mindfulness.
Expect to hold the poses for longer amounts of time, but the poses themselves will be less vigorous and more relaxing. We'll spend 15-20 mins at the beginning of class discussing techniques you can take home with you and we'll have a lengthy, luxurious savasana. This gentle and informative class is inspired by Forrest Yoga, mindfulness and Ayurveda.
Friends, you've got to fill the tank first, then take the road trip! Or obviously, you'll run out of gas.
