Freedom of the Heart: An Independence Day Monastic-Led Meditation, Teaching, and Q&A
July 4, 1 - 3 pm at Souls Center Spokane
Ajahn Kovilo, Ajahn Nisabho, and Ayya Ahimsa
On July 4th, while others celebrate external freedom, join fellow practitioners in cultivating the internal freedom of heart taught by the Buddha.
With years of experience in the Buddhist Forest Tradition, Ajahn Kovilo, Ajahn Nisabho, and Ayya Ahimsa will share a joint teaching describing how the cultivation of virtue, concentration, and wisdom can help us find a refuge apart from the world, and therefore how to give back to the world with true selflessness.
