Plants forge the original roots of many pharmaceutical medicines still used today. Yet the high cost of medical assistance all too often a barrier to getting the help we need. And so we turn back to our original medicine - also known as herbalism, for many ways we can support our health as we navigate a world of complex health issues. Herbalism supports our health journeys, herb do not work in all situations - but make no mistake - we have evolved WITH plants and plants have many things to offer us.
