Join me for a relaxing yin yoga class. Yin yoga is founded on embodying surrender and acceptance. This offering will invite you to ease into supportive postures to facilitate relaxation as you move into your evening.
Yin & Yoga Nidra
Join me for a 60 minutes of Bliss! We will begin with 30 Mins of relaxing yin yoga. Yin yoga is founded on embodying surrender and acceptance. Followed by Yoga Nidra & Integration. This offering will invite you to ease into supportive postures to facilitate relaxation as you move into the meditative practice of Yoga Nidra.

What is Yin Yoga?
Yin Yoga is a practice focused on opening up the body through more gentle expressions of poses. We hold fewer poses for a longer duration, using props so we are as supported and relaxed as possible.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra literally means yogic sleep. It is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters the deep states of conscious relaxation. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from our external world to the inner world.
It brings us to a state of deep sleep where our senses, intellect, and mind relax. We become free from the concepts of time, space and reason. When this happens, brain activity reduces and the body goes in the healing state. Therefore, it is also said that one hour of yoga Nidra can give the same benefit of a four-hour sleep. As the body enters a healing state, you can clear up the toxins at a cellular level, refresh the mind and remove baggage from the subconscious.

Equipment Needed: Blanket/Yoga Blocks/books or pillows for support. (In person classes have equipment available for use).
Pre-Registration is required to attend this offering. Class donations of $10-25 are appreciated.
In person attendance:
Please register using the link below. In person class size is limited to 12 participants. If you would like to pay your class fees in person, please email ravensnestpnw@gmail.com so that your place can be held.
Virtual Attendance:
Once registration is complete, the meeting link, ID and passcode information for the zoom class will be sent to the email provided during check out. Don’t forget to add your email address during check out so that you can receive the information for the event. ***Please register no later than 1 hour before class to receive the link same day. Registration completed after 3PM the day of class, will receive the link post class (24-48 hrs)**
