Breakthroughs of the Heart - Balancing Life and Loss

with Mary Anne Ruddis and Donna Hanschu

​Through this experiential workshop, we will be taking a journey through self discovery. This process will help us uncover how we learned to grieve in the past through familial conditioning and apply it to our present lives to enhance future life experiences.

​​The workshop is presented by Mary Anne Ruddis and Donna Hanschu. Donna is a skilled facilitator who studied with Elisabeth Kübler-Ross and Alan Wolfelt as well as living her own personal journey of considerable loss. Mary Anne has walked with many grieving families over the years and she too lives with great personal loss. The workshop will include a hands-on project.
