Join a local Sound Healing teacher, Tracy, along with Jessie Jo for a gentle restorative hour and a half.
This 90 minute experience will allow you to lean into the present moment, open up to insightful information deep within your core.
Establishing breath work will guide us into proper body alignment to then incorporate healing vibrations to assist the mind to deepen in relaxation.
