~A Tradition of Heart Opening and Heart Healing~

This all day Tailored Heart Journey is an invitation to explore:
~The Nature of your Heart: its wounds and its healing
                    ~Your sense of Love: its limits and its limitlessness
~Your expression of Compassion: its bearing witness in stillness       and its call to action
​                     ~Your Creativity: its constraint and its freedom

In this workshop you will learn The Spiritual Journey of Heart
and enjoy a sojourn of connecting with our own hearts and the heart of community.
You will make a one-of-kind HeART
using heart-shaped pieces of fabric made from repurposed clothes, and left-over projects.
Coming together and creating together is sacred healing work.
​Absolutely no sewing or crafty skills necessary.

​All the materials will be provided.
And you are welcome to bring a favorite article of clothing
and cut it up into hearts,
reimagining its meaning for your HeART.

​A nurturing Heart Luncheon is provided.
A Reflective Heart Practice will conclude this Journey.
