Come play and Deepen your yoga practice with Restorative Yoga and a Cacao Meditation.

Join Aiko and Julia for this unique offering suitable for all people, especially partners. Partnered yoga is a practice utilizing two people in every pose. Awareness of trust and verbal & non-verbal communication is highlighted during this practice. The additional offering of delicious cacao, rich in flavonoids and antioxidants, is such a wonderful way to get to know one another in a playful relaxing way. 

Suggested Sliding Scale Fee for this offering;
$50 - 60.00 for couples
$20 - 30.00 for individuals
