Our Monday-Thursday meetings are offered in person and ONLINE during the PT times above. 
Our Peer-support meetings include guided meditations, discussions of Buddhist practices, and group sharing and encouragement.

These practices are designed to support your journey no matter if you are struggling with substance use disorder, can’t quit nicotine, struggle with intimacy, food, social media, sugar, overwork, sex, etc..Any kind of habit that negatively affects your life, these ancient practices provide avenues of insight, peace, understanding, forgiveness, compassion and joy
