What is Reiki?

Reiki is a hands-on healing modality that is gentle, subtle and non invasive. It is used to help people to heal physically, energetically, emotionally and spiritually. Reiki is an effective, deeply relaxing treatment for people experiencing profound, prolonged stress, life transitions, blocked creativity, illness and high-stress jobs and is supportive of those looking to pursue their deepest held dreams.
