Hello! I am Meagan,
My passion is health and wellness and everything that involves that.  I LOVE to learn about new modalities and healing treatments.   I lead from my heart and I love helping others/serving (sometimes to a fault). 

I am a Master Reiki teacher, 200hr RYT, and sound healer with crystal bowls, tuning forks and other sound instruments.  I also love essential oils and crystals and have studied them.  I'm currently working on developing my psychic abilities for healing!

I experienced a deeply traumatic event in my early 30's. Ever since I've been on a road of self-discovery, transformation, and re-birth.  I've learned quite a lot over the years to aid my healing and now it's time for me to share what I've learned with others.  I know firsthand what deep pain feels like. It would be my honor to help alleviate yours.

I am the owner of Flexible Happiness and I'm on a personal journey of self-discovery & self-love as a plus-size yoga teacher and Reiki Master. My life's mission is to inspire others to embrace their bodies, their souls, & their unique paths through the transformative practices of yoga & Reiki.

My passion for inspiring self-love & body positivity extends beyond the studio & healing sessions. I'm an advocate for self-care & self-acceptance, and I'm committed to sharing resources, tips, and stories that empower others to embrace themselves fully.
