friends, family, professionals, allies & people in recovery
who are learning ways to better support, love, and be present to anyone suffering with negative habit energy & addiction.

is comprised of 16 Mindfulness & Meditative Practices
to cultivate deep looking & reflection.
These practices are designed to promote
and grow the limitless qualities of
Loving-Kindness,Compassion, Joy & Freedom
SatiSeva
meets 3 times each month:
2nd Wednesday 11 am- 12:30 pm
3rd Sunday 10 am - 11:30 am
4th Tuesday 7 pm - 8 pm
These meetings are in person and online during the times above.
