*Everything for creative projects will be provided*

Please wear:

• Comfortable clothing for easy gentle movement on the floor

Please bring:

• A small meaningful item --- a stone, necklace, feather, etc to place on the Spiral Altar for Cleansing and Blessing
• A Journal
• A yoga mat or comforting blanket if desired
