and transcendence.

Whether the mind-body-spirit is
expansively extending outward or contracting inward,
ascending or descending,
the spiral represents our inner development
going round and round,
revisiting familiar soul paths on new levels.

This extraordinary retreat is a unique way to emBody the spiral journey of heart and mind.
Through movement, reflection, and creative expression we have the chance to listen to the spiraling voices of our ancestors as they sing our bones with their ancient knowing.

Divine by Design, our neural systems share awe-inspiring spirals and patterns found everywhere in the natural world: plants, flowers, seashells, whirlpools, weather systems, and our galaxy.

Creativity needs to play! Rolling and spiraling the body around a heated floor to stimulate the creative spirit. Our unique expressions of imagination reflect the intelligence of our somatic spiral structure joyfully ready to play.

9am - Noon

In-Person only

*Everything for creative projects will be provided*

Please wear:

• Comfortable clothing for easy gentle movement on the floor

Please bring:

• A small meaningful item --- a stone, necklace, feather, etc to place on the Spiral Altar for Cleansing and Blessing
• A Journal
• A yoga mat or comforting blanket if desired
